  تمكنت عناصر فرقة مكافحة العصابات بولاية أمن وجدة ، من توقيف شخصين، أحدهما قاصر يبلغ من العمر 17 سنة، يشتبه في تورطهما في قضية تتعلق بالسرقة المقرونة بالضرب والجرح باستعمال السلاح الأبيض. وكان المشتبه فيهما قد أقدما على تعريض مجموعة من الأشخاص للضرب والجرح المقرون بالسرقة باستعمال ناقلة ذات محرك، وهي الأفعال الإجرامية التي شكلت موضوع شريط فيديو تداوله مستعملو تطبيقات التراسل الفوري على الهواتف المحمولة. وقد قادت الأبحاث التقنية والتحريات الميدانية المنجزة فيش هذه القضية إلى تحديد هوية المشتبه فيهما، وذلك قبل أن يتم توقيفهما وحجز الدراجة النارية المستعملة في ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية. وقد تم إيداع بالمشتبه فيه الراشد تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية فيما تم الاحتفاظ بالموقوف القاصر تحت تدبير المراقبة رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية.

  أفادت ولاية أمن الدار البيضاء بأن المشتبه فيهم الموقوفين على خلفية أعمال الشغب الرياضي التي سبقت مباراة الاتحاد الرياضي والنادي المكناسي، التي احتضنها ملعب العربي الزاولي بمدينة الدار البيضاء، قد بلغ عددهم 270 شخصا، من بينهم 53 قاصرا وأشخاص من ذوي السوابق القضائية العديدة. وذكر بلاغ لولاية أمن الدار البيضاء أن قوات حفظ النظام كانت قد باشرت عمليات نظامية واسعة لمواجهة أعمال الشغب التي ارتكبها مشجعون محسوبون على النادي المكناسي، بعدما حاولوا ولوج الملعب بالقوة رغم قرار إجراء المباراة بدون جمهور. وقد عمد المشتبه فيهم، يضيف المصدر ذاته، إلى تعييب ممتلكات عامة وخاصة، وتعنيف عناصر القوات العمومية باستعمال أدوات راضة، وتهديد أمن المواطنين وسلامة ممتلكاتهم، مما نجم عنه إلحاق خسائر مادية بواحد وعشرين مركبة وسيارة، من بينها حافلة للنقل الحضري وشاحنة تابعة للشرطة، وتكسير الواجهات الزجاجية لشركات خاصة، كما تسببوا في إصابة 40 موظفا عموميا بجروح متفاوتة الخطورة، من بينهم 12 عنصرا من القوات المساعدة و28 شرطيا من مختلف الوحدات الأمنية. كما مكنت هذه العمليات الأمنية من حجز أسلحة بيضاء وأدوات راضة وأخرى حادة، كانت بحوزة بعض الموقوفين والتي يشتبه في تسخيرها واستعمالها لغرض ارتكاب أفعال الشغب المرتبط بالرياضة. وأشار البلاغ إلى أنه قد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيهم الراشدين تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية، بينما تم إيداع القاصرين تحت إجراء المراقبة، على ذمة البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك لتحديد الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة لجميع الموقوفين، كما تتواصل إجراءات التشخيص البصري والتحريات الميدانية بغرض توقيف كافة المتورطين في ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية.
